As of today, over 400 people have registered.
The main venue's capacity is 340 persons, and that of a back-up venue 90.
This is strictly based on the staff's own opinion, but the slides will appear small at the main venue, even though it will offer the full feeling of a live symposium.
At the back-up venue, you will only be able to hear the audio from the main venue, but the slides will appear clearer.
Please choose your seat according to your preference.
Also, we ask for your collaboration in saving as much space as possible for others.
The doors will open at 12:30. Please bring your business cards.
Also, on the day of the event, please note that there may be some press present.
We expect many participants at the event, so please arrive early.
Also, please arrive early especially if you have a preference for a particular venue.
